Process

How a project actually runs.

Six stages. You approve the work at the end of each one before we spend your budget on the next.

01

Discovery

We start by understanding the business, not the feature list. What the app needs to accomplish, who uses it, what already exists, and what success actually looks like. For larger projects this is a paid engagement that produces a technical assessment, a recommended approach, and a real estimate rather than a guess.

02

Design

Wireframes first, then interface design and a design system. You review and approve the design before any production code is written, so changes happen while they are still cheap to make.

03

Build

Development against a written scope, with milestone check-ins so you see working software as it comes together rather than a reveal at the end. Everything follows the studio's engineering standards for architecture, security, and code quality.

04

Test

Testing on real devices across both platforms, not just simulators. You get a beta build to use yourself before launch, and we work through your feedback against the agreed scope.

05

Launch

Store submission, listing setup, and shepherding the app through review on both platforms. You receive a handoff package with source code, credentials, architecture documentation, and everything needed to own the product outright.

06

Support

Optional monthly plans keep the app healthy after launch: bug fixes, OS updates, dependency maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements as your business changes.

What you get

Every project produces the same paperwork.

Not because it is bureaucratic, but because it is what keeps a project from drifting.

Written proposal

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price before anything starts.

Statement of work

The specific build, defined in writing so both sides know what is included.

Change orders

Anything outside scope is priced and approved in writing, never assumed.

Handoff package

Code, credentials, documentation, and accounts, transferred to you at launch.
