Our minimum custom development project is $5,000. Most business applications land between $10,000 and $40,000, and larger or more complex products go beyond that. Every project receives a fixed quote after discovery.

How pricing works
Fixed price, set after discovery.
We estimate internally by hours to make sure a project is viable, then quote you a defined project price. You are buying a finished product, not a block of hours, so the number in your proposal is the number you pay unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope.
Payment structure
Projects are billed across milestones rather than in one lump at the end. A deposit reserves your place in the schedule and starts the work, with the remainder split across agreed milestones through to launch.
Scope changes
If you want something outside the agreed scope, we write up what it is, what it adds in cost, and what it does to the timeline. You approve it before we build it. Nothing gets added to an invoice you did not agree to.
Third-party costs
Apple and Google developer accounts, hosting, and any paid third-party services are separate from our fee and are stated clearly in your proposal. Those accounts stay in your name.
