GleamWave Studio, operated by Scalable Studio System LLC ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through gleamwavestudio.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever details you choose to include about your project. If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that message.

We use privacy-focused analytics that measure page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to discuss and deliver work you have asked about, and to keep records of our business correspondence. That is all.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. We do not send newsletters.

Who else can see it

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare and our email runs through Zoho Mail. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not grant any other third party access to your information.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is retained as long as it is commercially relevant, and longer where a contract or tax obligation requires it. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a project.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above.
